Oakridge Vineyard Series Hazeldene Chardonnay is from the Hazeldene Vineyard at Gladysdale in the Yarra Valley. Its cool climate allows for slow ripening: perfect for high acidity fruit.

The wine is made using a traditional approach. The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed directly to French oak puncheons. After fermentation with natural yeasts, the wine matures on lees for nine months.

Light yellow, Oakridge Vineyard Series Hazeldene Chardonnay has white stone fruit flavours with taut acidity and seamless length. Cellaring potential is five years.
